Roy McClure - B.Sc. (Est Man), F.R.I.C.S., S.A.V.A.

Having worked and operated surveying practices in various locations, Roy established Roy McClure Associates in 1985 based in Richmond-upon-Thames.

Roy attained a B.Sc in Estate Management in London. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has a Surveyors and Valuers accreditation. He is a member of both the Institute of Revenues, Rating and Valuation and the Independent Surveyors Association.

As an aside, he has served on government committees and periodically publishes property related articles.


Gary Bradshaw - B.A., M.R.I.C.S., S.A.V.A., M.F.P.W.S.

Gary Bradshaw joined the practice during 1996, after spending many years working as an agent in the local area which enabled him to gain informative and invaluable knowledge about the local residential market.

Gary qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1995 and was elected a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors the same year.

Gary is a qualified member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors and also holds accreditation in Surveys and Valuations with the Surveyors and Valuers accreditation body SAVA. He is also a member of the Independent Surveyors Association.


Myra McClure - Dip. Est. Man., Ph. D (Cantab), D.Sc.

Professor Myra McClure is a consultant to the practice.
